Nigel Richards
You may not know this but while our team shares a passion for our city and helping folks buy and sell in the area, we can also get down on some good ole grub. What better place for foodies than Philly. Seriously, Philly has been on the map as a food destination for year's now and it's no surprise given our numerous eateries that dish out modern cuisine and are turning heads.
Nigel's Pick: Cafe La Maude
Location: Northern Liberties. 816 N. 4th St.
Favorite Dish: Open-face Mediterranean Burrito
Amazingly delicious Lebanese middle eastern cuisine and the most fun host, Gaby, who is the mayor of N. Libs and keeps everyone happy. It’s usually a real estate networking hour all day there too so a great place to work remotely.
Michelle's Pick: T una Bar
Location: Old City. 205 Race St.
Favorite Dish: Broad Street Roll
Tuna Bar is the new kid on the block but it's proving itself to be around for the long haul. The atmosphere is both comfy and sophisticated with green leather booths in the dining area and an elegant bar that circles around to the sushi prep station for an up front view of how all the magic happen! Michelle loves EVERYTHING on their happy hour which includes spicy tuna, salmon and cucumber rolls, creamy rock shrimp and dumplings to name a few. While there is a large selection of Sake's, the house sake is crisp and refreshing and is Michelle's go to choice. The display and presentation of the food is an art form that cannot be surpassed. The portions are healthy and the service is impeccable!
