Do you like coffee?

Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs have gone café crazy in the past decade.

As of 2015 the Center City District had reported that there were nearly 400 outdoor seating scenarios, many of them being cafes, with over 5200 outdoor seats.  Those numbers are steadily growing.

Coffee culture is growing into the microbrewery levels and variations with obsessions over slow pour, cold brew, 3rd wave artisan and more that we don’t even know about!

What does that mean for us?  It means many more great selections of coffee in many very cool, quirky, quaint and grand café’s.  With people working remotely from their laptops and phones, why not enjoy a fancy brew of coffee in a mid century modern chair in a library setting filled with design books from the 1960’s.

Café’s have become the new creative space headquarters without the monthly costs of a coworking space.  I frequently have lunch or coffee meetings with clients at cafes and I pull into one for an hour of “office time” several times a week.
